The Kitchen, as a daughter of the territory for generations, it has a Ligurian imprint, specifically Genoese. However, my evolution as a cook also leads me to experiment, look for contaminations and elaborations of traditional dishes, always with an eye for everything that is the products of our land or those of local producers and farms. We absolutely prefer everything that is grown or raised with respect for nature and man who will then eat it, therefore an organic product that goes beyond the brand.
The menu that we offer varies seasonally and includes a series of hot and cold appetizers, a taste of two first courses, a second with side dish and dessert. On our table you can also find our Dolcetto, which we vinify in the winery owned by the company with grapes from our small vineyard and other grapes that we buy instead in Cremolino. All products that you can taste are prepared by us, from bread to pasta up to desserts. The kitchen is open from Thursday to Sunday and in the rest of the week for bookings of over eight people.
